Regional Manager

Lisa Iacovoni

Lisa is a Grand Rapids native through and through. Her 26-year journey in the world of real estate began with the purchase of her first home. While experiencing the home buying process as a first time buyer, her overall experience fell short of her expectations. Noticing an opportunity for improvement Lisa decided to become an agent with the aim of bringing a level of expertise and communication far superior to the service offered at that time.

For nine years, Lisa successfully ran her own real estate boutique. She learned a lot about herself, and it was during this time that Lisa fostered a deep appreciation for the Grand Rapids real estate market.

Lisa’s previous experience as an independent agent, has motivated her to equip BHHS team members with the opportunities and tools necessary to thrive within the Michigan real estate market. BHHS provides the most cutting-edge technologies and marketing tools needed to help agents thrive, and Lisa cites this as reason why Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices stands as one of the most progressive brokerages available today. Through her eyes, this is one of the largest reasons why BHHS is steps ahead of competitors with regards to its ability to adapt and improve within the marketplace.

In 2011, Lisa was approached by Steve Fase and offered the position of Grand Rapids Regional Manager. With her primary goal of further developing the Grand Rapids market, Lisa chose to go above and beyond to focus on improving agent resources and individual agent betterment. What followed was the subsequent creation of the Grand Rapids South Office in 2012, and the acquisition of the Steve Volkers Group.

On a nation-wide scale, BHHS remains the fastest growing national brand; and Lisa expects this trajectory to forge ahead over the upcoming years. She recognizes the full power of BHHS, and expects constant growth as the brand continues to leverage the power of blending local, community, and family into its corporate culture. Despite already achieving significant growth in the Grand Rapids area, Lisa believes that BHHS is only “scratching the surface” in terms of the opportunities which lie ahead.
